The problem
What was going wrong.
Small fleet operators (construction crews, delivery teams, service companies) were tracking vehicle assignments on paper or spreadsheets. Vehicles were being taken without checkout, causing scheduling conflicts and liability issues.
What I built
The fix.
Built a complete SaaS platform with QR code scanning for instant check-in/check-out, a real-time dashboard showing vehicle status across the fleet, automated end-of-day reminders via push notifications, and a full audit trail for compliance. Designed as a PWA so it works on any phone without app store downloads.
